Reminder: StartWest will hold its next meeting on Thursday, May 22nd at 7:30 AM at the Sheridan College Main Street Campus (171 North Main Street).Alan Telck, AgTerra Technologies, will be presenting an overview of AgTerra, provider of information management systems–including digital pen and paper and GIS mapping technologies–for natural resources and agricultural industries. These systems help clients:

• easily capture data in the field
• reduce redundant data entry
• visualize data relationships via GIS
• provide secure access to records and data analysis
• network and collaborate with contractors
• manage contracts and payment
• manage records for food safety, traceability, and identity preservation

Debra Kayser, Sheridan College, will present an overview of Second Life, along with a demonstration of this program.
