Wyoming Silicon wins $100,000 SBIR Phase 1 Grant!

This just in from our own StartWest member, Zachary Gray, owner of Wyoming Silicon

Wyoming Silicon, LLC was awarded a $100,000 SBIR Phase I Research Grant from the National Science Foundation on October 26. The winning proposal was supported by a Wyoming Phase 0 grant awarded in May. The company will develop a new pressure sensor based on a patented micro-electromechanical system (MEMS). The new device is intended for making highly accurate water depth measurements for use in environmental monitoring of ground water.
